We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Tele Caller to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and generating leads. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong ability to engage with customers.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
Handle inbound calls from customers and provide information about products and services.
Maintain a database of customer information and update records as necessary.
Achieve daily and monthly call targets set by the team lead.
Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
Strong listening skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
