Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers and prospects from the provided database.
  • Explain products or services to potential customers.
  • Answer questions and handle objections in a professional manner.
  • Maintain records of conversations and update the CRM system accordingly.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Handle inbound calls, if required.
  • Maintain a polite and professional tone with customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: [Graduate]
  • Previous tele-calling or customer service experience preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, or Kannada , Telugu MANDATORY language as required)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Positive attitude and a team player.
