Position: Technical Trainer (Programming & Development)

Location: Bhopal

Qualification: ME/M.Tech (Computer Science & Allied Departments)

Experience: Freshers & Experienced

Joiners: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Salary: Fresher – ₹20,000 to ₹25,000/month and for Experienced – As per market standards

Responsibilities:

• Conduct placement and skill development training sessions in colleges.
• Teach programming languages and technologies like C, C++, Python, Java, Full Stack, MERN Stack, Web Development (Front-end & Back-end).
• Deliver sessions with 30% theory and 70% practical (live coding & problem-solving).
• Guide and mentor students to improve their technical skills and coding confidence.
• Create and manage training content as per the latest industry trends.
• Monitor student progress and give feedback for improvement.
• Work with the internal team to update and enhance training programs.
• Stay updated with new technologies and programming tools.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge in any of the following: C, C++, Python, Java, Full Stack, MERN Stack, Web Development.
• Good in problem-solving and live coding.
• Confident in speaking and presenting to groups.
• Passion for teaching and helping students.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
