Technical Support Specialist (Semi-Voice – Computer Troubleshooting) We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist (Semi-Voice) to join our team. This role involves troubleshooting computer-related issues and providing solutions to customers via calls, emails, and chat . Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with computer hardware, software, and network troubleshooting via calls, emails, and chat . Diagnose technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions. Ensure quick and effective resolution of customer concerns. Document all interactions and technical issues accurately. Work with the team to resolve complex technical problems. Stay updated with the latest troubleshooting procedures, product updates, and best practices. Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction. Skills & Qualifications: Experience in technical support or IT troubleshooting . Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle computer-related issues efficiently. Proficiency in calls, emails, and chat-based customer communication . Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems . Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Ability to manage multiple queries and prioritize tasks effectively . Customer-focused approach with attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience in IT support, technical troubleshooting, or customer service . Knowledge of internet connectivity troubleshooting and hardware/software issues . A degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
