Job Description

The job involves connecting with clients to resolve their queries via call, remote desk, etc. You will be responsible for resolving technical tickets generated by clients, ensuring productivity is maintained. Additionally, you will assist in designing and implementing successful software solutions. Tracking user tickets and resolutions is a key part of the role, along with coordinating with the Development team for any new feature requirements. To excel in this position, you must possess excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, along with strong communication abilities. A proactive mindset towards problem-solving and process improvement is essential. Basic programming knowledge is required, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel is a must. This is a full-time, permanent position with day and morning shifts scheduled from Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in technical support, be fluent in English, and be based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Please note that the work location is in person.,
