MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform Cloud Hub 2.0 (API Manager, Runtime Manager, Monitoring)
Maven, Jenkins (or any similar tool), and an overall high-level view of CI/CD.
Production trouble shooting from logs (Splunk as a plus)
API Management best practices
SFDC, CRM, Force.com, Lightning (LWC and AURA), Java Script, CSS, Webservices (SOAP, REST), Integration, Omni studio, Omni channel, Call Center CTI

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and configure MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform CloudHub 2.0
Monitor the health of production MuleSoft applications
Be L1 support on any issues raised against the various MuleSoft applications
Assist in the delivery tasks of our MuleSoft DevOps pipeline
Collaborate with the MuleSoft development team and SFDC RTS team to make sure releases are arranged to have a minimal impact on system availability

Able to manage resolution and response SLAs for production support tickets.
