Monitor real-time performance metrics using solutions like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or other APM tools. Conduct regular audits of websites to identify opportunities for speed improvements. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Strong understanding of web performance concepts like TTFB, FCP, LCP, CLS, and TBT. Hands-on experience with performance tools (e.g., Lighthouse, GTmetrix, Pingdom,or Dynatrace). Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with modern frameworks (e.g.,React, Angular, or Vue.js). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
