Job Description

  • Engage with customers to understand their PC hardware and IT requirements.
  • Provide technical sales consultation to help clients choose the right solutions.
  • Handle quotations, order processing, and follow-ups to close sales.
  • CRM Entry and reporting is non-negotiable --- Maintain and update the CRM system with leads.
  • Proactively generate outbound leads through self-research, market analysis, and cold outreach.
  • Identify potential B2B clients by researching industries, businesses, and communities.
  • Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and in-person visits to expand NeoTokyo's customer base.
  • Work closely with the technical and operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
