As an integral part of the team at "My Equation," you will leverage your engineering background to align with the technical offerings of the company. Your key responsibilities will involve collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for mentees. You will serve as the primary point of contact for mentees, addressing academic and technical queries effectively. To drive business growth, you will be tasked with utilizing multiple channels to identify and target potential leads. Your role will also include developing and implementing strategies to engage prospective clients, as well as coordinating with the marketing team to enhance lead-generation campaigns. Crafting compelling direct-to-customer pitches tailored to individual preferences will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. In your day-to-day operations, you will conduct outbound calls to nurture leads and convert them into clients. Effective communication techniques will play a pivotal role in achieving successful conversions. Collecting feedback from mentees after each interaction and promptly resolving any queries that arise will be essential in maintaining positive relationships. Furthermore, you will guide mentees in understanding program structures and expected outcomes, catering to both B2C and B2B clients. Identifying collaboration opportunities and exploring avenues for business growth will be integral to your role. Additionally, you will develop strategies to engage engineering colleges across India and establish strong partnerships with academic institutions. Conducting thorough market research to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential challenges will inform your decision-making process. Analyzing competitor strategies and industry benchmarks will provide valuable insights for business development. Collaborating with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to manage the Social Media Optimization (SMO) domain and ensure revenue generation will be a key focus area.
