Role & responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with business goals. Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators. Partner with department heads and senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop hiring plans. Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for key roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Optimize use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Monitor key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire, etc.) and provide regular reporting to leadership.
