Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Understand job descriptions and technical requirements clearly.
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates through interviews and assessments.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Track recruitment metrics like time-to-fill and source-of-hire.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience through effective communication and timely updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: HR/IT stream).
• 1–2 years of experience in IT/technical recruitment.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, and ATS systems.
• Understanding of IT roles (e.g., Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver under tight timelines.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
• Prior exposure to bulk hiring or entry-level tech recruitment.

Basic knowledge of Boolean search and advanced sourcing methods.
