About the Role

Technical Recruiters

As a Technical Recruiter, you will work closely with hiring managers and candidates to identify, attract, and onboard top talent across various technical domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand technical job requirements and role expectations from hiring teams
• Source and screen potential candidates through various job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
• Conduct initial telephonic/virtual screenings to assess candidates’ fit
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with both candidates and internal stakeholders
• Maintain and update candidate data and recruitment pipelines regularly
• Drive end-to-end recruitment cycles and ensure timely closures
• Contribute to employer branding and outreach campaigns when needed

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers / Recent Graduates

  with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Knowledge or interest in technical roles (developers, engineers, designers, etc.)
• Strong email drafting and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and

  hustler attitude

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Must be available

  full-time (Mon–Sat)

  and committed for at least 6 months
