Empiric are currently working alongside a global retail leader to find a Salesforce Service Cloud Tech Lead capable of handling a team size of 6 to 8 people working in different geographies. This will be in the area of Development and Support Tickets.
The Salesforce Service Cloud Tech Lead must also have good knowledge about Service Now or similar tools used for L2 and L3 Support. Together with god knowledge on Agile Scrum Processes.
