Catering to self-employed customers with informal income documents for over 12 years, ISFC's products include financing for new house purchases, home expansion, upgrades, and loans against property. Headquartered in Gurugram, Haryana, ISFC aims to provide loans up to Rs 30 lakhs, making home ownership accessible to average earning Indian citizens.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Executive located in Delhi, India. The Technical Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing technical aspects of housing finance projects. Daily tasks include evaluating technical specifications, conducting site visits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role requires close collaboration with the operations and finance teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.

Qualifications

Strong technical knowledge related to housing finance and construction practices
Experience in evaluating technical specifications and conducting site visits
Ability to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Experience in the housing finance industry is a plus
Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications
