Participate in the Dell product development lifecycle processes to identify content requirements, formulate milestones, develop content, validate quality, and release deliverables according to the program objectives. Create, approve, and maintain project schedules based on product features, requirements, and timelines. Represent the Content Engineering and Translation (CE&T) team in cross-functional meetings, product requirement deliberations, content strategy discussions, and quality improvement initiatives. Lead and participate in initiatives aimed innovative ways to leverage new technologies and processes to improve content development and the customer experience.Essential Requirements 8 to 12 years experience developing content about installing, configuring, and managing software. Strong skills in organization, prioritization, planning, and strategic thinking Thorough knowledge about creating content using XML authoring tools (specifically Oxygen XML) and enterprise content management systems. Experience applying minimalism best practices and best practices for developing content for the web. Familiarity with Agile development workflows and experience using project management software tools like Jira to create, manage, and track product use cases.Desirable Requirements Experience using quality metrics and customer feedback to optimize, enhance, and consolidate existing content.
