Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for a variety of audiences.
Document software features, hardware integration procedures, and product configurations.
Create visual content such as architecture diagrams, workflows, UI annotations, and process flows.
Ensure documentation is consistent in style, tone, and structure.
Update existing documents based on new releases and feedback.

Requirements:

25 years of experience in technical or document writing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proven experience writing documentation for hardware and/or software products.
Proficiency in documentation tools such as:

Microsoft Word

Google Docs

Confluence
, or
Notion
Diagramming tools like
Lucidchart
,
Draw.io
,
Microsoft Visio
, or
Miro
Screenshot and annotation tools like

Ability to understand and simplify complex technical information.
