Android Lead JD: - Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience - Must have expertise in Kotlin, Android SDK, Android Framework, Android Architecture & Design, and Android. - Lead the design and development of Android applications using Kotlin and Android SDK. - Oversee the implementation of Android Framework and Architecture to ensure robust and scalable solutions. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to maintain code quality. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects. - Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Participate in agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement. - Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and meet the required specifications.
