Responsibilities:

Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
Produce high-quality technical documentation that includes but not limited to, user guides, API documentation, integration guides, and release notes..
Make tutorials to help end-users use a variety of payment applications.
Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on improvement opportunities.
Work closely with engineering, operations and sales teams to ensure technical accuracy, quality standards and completeness.
Regularly maintain documentation and project files.
Contribute to product launches, ensuring all documentation is prepared and delivered on time.

Requirements:

2-4 years of proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation.
Experience in the Indian payment market with a strong understanding of its unique requirements and challenges.
Demonstrable experience as an active contributor to product launches.
Ability to deliver high-quality documentation paying attention to detail.
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
Excellent written skills in English.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
