Technical Associate Project Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Associate Project Manager to join our team at Dhwani Rural Information Systems. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry.

• Manage and coordinate projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues.
• Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Experience working in the IT Services & Consulting industry, focusing on rural information systems.
