What You'll Do

• Design and implement

  optimized shaders

  using Shader Graph or HLSL for stylized, mobile-friendly visuals.
• 
  
• Create

  lightweight, mobile-optimized particle effects

  for actions like hits, wins, explosions, and reward animations.
• 
  
• Integrate and polish

  Unity UI elements

  with smooth transitions and scalable layouts across resolutions and aspect ratios.
• 
  
• Profile and optimize game scenes for

  draw calls, GPU/CPU usage

  , and memory footprint.
• 
  
• Collaborate with 2D/3D artists and Unity developers to ensure assets are visually appealing, technically sound, and performance-ready.
• 
  
• Build custom Unity editor tools to streamline asset integration and visual pipeline.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years

  of experience as a Unity Technical Artist, especially in mobile games.
• 
  
• Strong hands-on knowledge of

  shader creation and optimization

  .
• 
  
• Proven ability to create

  mobile-optimized particle systems

  using Unity’s Particle System and VFX Graph.
• 
  
• Experience with

  URP

  , Unity Profiler, Frame Debugger, and rendering performance optimization.

• Solid understanding of Unity’s

  UI system

  (layout groups, animation, canvas performance).

• Eye for stylized visuals, feedback effects, and gameplay clarity.
