Job Description
Job Title: Tech Support BPO Executive
Location: Visakhapatnam
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 0–2 years
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database or leads.
Explain the products/services offered by the company.
Ask questions to understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
Generate leads and follow up on inquiries.
Maintain call logs, records, and update CRM.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Requirements:
Any Bachelor’s degree
Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service/sales role is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn about products and services and explain them to customers.
Good command of languages (English, Hindi, or regional languages as applicable).
Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM software is a plus.
