Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile 1 Upkeeping the Store, implementation & adhering of statement of purpose. 2.Overseeing, monitoring and conducting 100% accurate in store operations such as billing, stock inwards, stock placement on the racks, picking items from the racks, packing items and making it ready for the delivery executives, managing wastage, dumping, etc. 3. Safety & security of stock, infrastructure, properties and store premises. 4. Responsible for ensuring there is no theft or fraud related to orders, stock, etc. 5. Should be handling a team size of around 8-12 store employees along with restering and shifts including security and maintenance staff. 6. Responsible for staff retention, training and hygiene. 7. Responsible for overall performance metrics of the store like number of orders delivered, Arrival to pick up time, stock availability, etc. 8. Should be well versed with retail store operations management. 9. Good Communication Skills- written and verbal, Technical skills required like using necessary software for inwarding, billing, pulling reports, etc. 10. Problem solving ability. 11. Ability to handle huge workloads efficiently. 12.Follow service matrix on daily basis picking to packing time ,Billing time ,Order to billing time 13.Wastage control & Inventory management Work Experience / Other Requirements 1. Shall have an experience of 1-3 years or above in retail store / supermarket / warehousing / fulfillment center operations.
