Leap Scholar has raised series D funding of $152.5 million till date and is backed by leading investors such as Sequoia Capital India,Owl Ventures, Harvard Management Company.We are a team of young, enterprising leaders with experience working at some of India's leading startups over the years.Role OverviewWe are looking for absolute sales leader who are comfortable with overseas education.Key Responsibilities1. Building a high-performance sales team - hiring, training, performance management2. Lead a team of Inside Sales executives3. Manage sales-ops -> processes, incentives, sales tool stack (telephony, CRM etc)4. Manage the team to drive outputPreferred Requirements1. Should have led a team with at least 10 direct reports.2. 4 years of work experience in inside sales with 1 year experience in team handling.3. Strong preference for folks with Edtech experience.4. Strong communication.
