Job Title: Team Leader – Health Insurance (Telesales Experience Preferred) Location: Noida Sector 2 Industry: Health Insurance / BFSI Department: Sales (Tele-sales) Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader – Health Insurance to join our Noida Sector 2 office. The ideal candidate will have prior experience leading telesales teams, preferably in the health insurance domain. You will be responsible for supervising a team of telesales executives, ensuring performance targets are met, and maintaining high service quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales executives focused on selling health insurance products. Monitor daily activities and performance metrics of the sales team. Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coach and provide regular feedback to team members to improve performance and productivity. Implement sales strategies and techniques to maximize conversions and revenue.. Address customer escalations and ensure timely resolutions. Collaborate with the training team to upskill and onboard new hires. Provide regular performance reports to senior management. Key Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree preferred). 2–4 years of relevant experience in health insurance sales; minimum 1 year as a team leader. Strong telesales or telemarketing experience is a plus . Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving team KPIs. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Preferred Skills: IRDAI certified (preferred, but not mandatory). Fluency in English and Hindi. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
