Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Team Leader- Front Office located in New Delhi. The Team Leader- Front Office will oversee day-to-day operations of the front office, including managing staff, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills
• Experience in front office operations and guest relations
• Ability to coordinate and work effectively with a team
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in relevant software and systems
• Previous experience in hospitality industry preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
