Designation – Team Lead – Graphic Designer Location – Bangalore Days of working – 5 (Sat& Sun fixed off) Role Overview We’re looking for a Team Lead – Graphic Designer who can take ownership of creative projects, inspire a team of designers, and deliver impactful visual solutions across digital, social, and print platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, a deep understanding of design principles, leadership experience, and the ability to translate strategy into compelling visuals. You’ll not only contribute creatively but also guide and mentor junior designers, ensuring the highest quality of output while maintaining brand consistency. What You'll Do Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, providing creative direction, guidance, and feedback. Conceptualize and execute engaging designs for campaigns, branding, digital assets, presentations, and social content. Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive creative solutions. Maintain and evolve brand visual language across all touchpoints. Review and approve work to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with project objectives. Balance hands-on design work with team oversight and project management. Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep the team inspired and innovative. Mentor junior designers, encouraging professional growth and continuous learning. Manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment. What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead or senior role (agency experience preferred). A strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, digital-first design, and storytelling ability. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Figma and Canva are a plus. Excellent understanding of design fundamentals—typography, layout, color theory, composition. Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills. Ability to present and defend creative work to stakeholders and clients. Proactive, solutions-focused attitude with a strong sense of ownership. Nice-to-Have Working knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects). Interest or experience with AI-powered design tools (MidJourney, Firefly, ChatGPT, etc.). Familiarity with branding processes, pitch decks, and high-impact presentations. Understanding of print and digital production workflows. Show more Show less
