Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes with business objectives. Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes. Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high standards. Lead and motivate a team of process managers to achieve goals. Job Requirements Proven experience as a Process Manager or similar role in the IT Services & Consulting industry. Strong understanding of process management principles and methodologies. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions. Experience with process improvement tools and techniques. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
