Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced to drive sales and business development for our life insurance vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Managers, ensuring achievement of regional targets, developing agency/bancassurance channels, and strengthening the companys market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Regional Manager in planning and executing regional sales strategies.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Managers and Frontline Sales Executives.
Drive life insurance product sales through Agency channel or Direct channel.
Monitor and ensure achievement of business targets (premium, persistency, productivity).
Identify training and development needs of the sales team and coordinate with L&D teams.
Handle recruitment and onboarding of agents/advisors and ensure effective channel activation.
Regularly review and report sales performance; provide strategic inputs for business improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
Develop relationships with key partners and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
