Job Summary:

As the TEAL-Lead Vendor Management/Development, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our vendors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products and services. You will also play a key role in identifying new vendors and negotiating contracts to meet the company's needs. This position will be based in our Hosur office and will report to the NOVA-VENDOR MANAGEMENT department.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors
  • Identify and onboard new vendors to expand our network
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality
  • Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments to identify potential vendors and partnerships
  • Travel to vendor sites as needed to conduct meetings and audits
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the NOVA-VENDOR MANAGEMENT department


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in vendor management and development
  • Strong knowledge of automation solutions and industry trends
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed
