The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment with proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end hiring processes efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Drive the full-cycle recruitment process across various verticals. • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent. • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements. • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and performance. • Train and mentor team members, ensuring continuous development and performance improvement. • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Requirements: • Graduate degree is mandatory. • 3 to 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment in bulk hiring • Proven track record of meeting hiring goals and managing recruitment pipelines. • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, platforms, and sourcing techniques. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
