Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter based in Bhubaneswar. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and developing effective recruitment strategies. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be required to maintain communication with candidates, ensure a positive candidate experience, and manage job postings and applicant tracking systems.
