Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter located in Amroha. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. The Recruiter will also work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide exceptional candidate experiences through effective communication and interviewing techniques.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and general Recruiting
• Skills in Hiring, Communication, and Interviewing
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and candidates
• Previous experience in higher education or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
