Required: 2 yr Commutec is growing company is searching for experienced candidates for the position of talent acquisition specialist. Responsibilities for talent acquisition specialist. · Partners with the human resources manager to complete the on-boarding process. · Identify trends and make recommendations and conduct training on staying ahead of the competition in the attraction of top talent. · Provide guidance and tools to managers covering the entire search and hiring process · Develop processes to create pipelines of qualified candidates for positions that are commonly needed at the company. · Partner with HR managers to determine basic requirements and qualifications of positions to develop job postings, candidate profiles, and selection criteria. · Ensure accurate and complete documentation is maintained, and appropriate metrics tracked · Develop, execute and drive the implementation of talent acquisition plans, strategies, process of assessment, and assuring a qualified, diverse pool of candidates to fill open positions talent gaps identified through the succession planning process. · Identify and source both passive and active candidates through internal and external channels ensuring positions are filled with high caliber individuals · Work collaboratively with Talent Acquisition Partner to understand the resourcing needs of the business, execute the Workforce Plan and to ensure candidates meet business needs · Develop strong relationships and work collaboratively with the business functions to fully understand business needs to enable development of strong candidate pools. Qualifications for talent acquisition specialist BBA/BMS/MBA or Relevant Experience 3+ experience in Hiring A go-getter with a positive, can-do attitude Team player and result driven Results driven with a strong client focus, results driven and commitment to continuous improvement Self-motivated with the willingness and ability to work independently or a team environment Good judgment and sound decision making with the ability to problem solve and influence at all levels of the company Very familiar with the full life-cycle recruiting process.
