Job Responsibilities The Resource at Abhidi shall be responsible for the below responsibilities on day to day basis: Sourcing candidates on relevant job openings for our clients from various job portals. Conducting the first Screening Interview with the sourced candidates. Profiling the candidate for further validation process via the Applicant Tracking System. Keeping Track of Internal or Client Queries raised on their respective candidates and resolving then in a timely manner. The resource shall be responsible for performing their KRAs and KPIs to ensure their productivity levers at optimum. They will be given a closure driven target on annual basis. Qualifications Master’s degree in relevant field (Preferably MBA HR or PGDM HR) 0-1.5 Years of Recruitment Experience (preferably in IT recruitment) Skills Must be keen in the Recruitment Lifecycle as a process. Good to Have knowledge of IT Technologies Must have strong communication skills. Must be able to articulate the context clearly. Must be self-driven and passionate about the field of Human Resources. Job Summary: We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Thai-speaking Business Support to join and support our recruitment team. In this role, you will reach out to potential job candidates from Thailand (or Thai-speaking candidates) and introduce them to relevant job opportunities with our clients. Your goal is to build rapport, assess initial interest, and schedule them for interviews with our recruitment consultants. Key Responsibilities: To discuss available job opportunities with potential Thai Candidates. Clearly communicate job roles, responsibilities, and client details. Qualify candidates based on basic criteria provided by the recruitment team. Handle queries from candidates regarding job roles, interview process, and timelines. Maintain accurate records of calls, candidate interest, and follow-up actions. Schedule interviews and follow up to ensure candidate attendance. Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure smooth candidate handoff. Requirements: Proficiency in Thai language (Fluent in Speaking). Good command of English or Hindi for internal communication. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in BPO, recruitment, tourism or customer support is an advantage. Ability to handle Thai candidates with a positive and professional attitude. Comfortable using basic tools like Excel, Google Sheets. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
