Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational goals
• Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle – from sourcing and screening to coordination and onboarding
• Act as a problem-solver for both clients and candidates by matching the right opportunities with the right talent
• Deliver exceptional service and build long-term relationships with clients to enhance engagement and trust

• Strong aptitude for understanding client needs and problem-solving
• Passion for helping candidates find the right job opportunities
• Proficient in tools like Naukri.com and LinkedIn
• Excellent communication skills (spoken, written, and digital)
