Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical, blue-collar, and corporate roles in the manufacturing setup.
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs.
Collaborate closely with department heads to forecast hiring needs and create job descriptions
Build a strong employer brand through effective recruitment marketing and social media outreach.
Manage candidate pipelines using ATS and other recruitment tools.
Drive campus hiring, apprenticeship programs, and lateral hiring for all business units.
Utilize data and analytics to report on hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) and improve processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies.
Develop relationships with recruitment agencies, technical institutions, and job boards to ensure talent availability.
Mentor and manage junior recruiters or HR executives involved in TA.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
7+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Proven track record in hiring for blue-collar, technical, and leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing tools.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to derive insights from recruitment analytics.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
