Job Title: Software Engineer (ServiceNow Developer) Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules. Create and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts. Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs and web services. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Perform system testing and debugging to ensure optimal functionality. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven 2-4 yrs experience as a ServiceNow Developer or similar role. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog. Knowledge on ITOM, CMDB, SAM/HAM and HRSD, good to have. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. Experience with REST and SOAP APIs for integration. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels Preferred Skills: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification. Experience with ITIL processes and frameworks. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies. .
