The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining hardware and software systems, ensuring network security, and managing IT infrastructure at the Head Office. The role requires a hands-on professional who can handle day-to-day IT tasks efficiently and contribute to the companys overall digital infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: IT Support & Troubleshooting: Provide first-line support for all hardware and software-related issues across the office. Diagnose and resolve system/network issues, printer configurations, and email/client problems. Install, configure, and update computer hardware, operating systems, and applications. Network & Infrastructure Management: Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN), Wi-Fi, routers, and switches. Ensure internet connectivity and troubleshoot network downtimes or slow performance. Manage VPN and remote access configurations for remote employees. Hardware & Asset Management: Maintain inventory of IT assets, ensure tagging and tracking of hardware. Coordinate procurement, installation, and disposal of hardware and peripherals. Maintain logs of IT equipment issuance and returns. Software & Systems Management: Manage software licenses and ensure compliance with licensing agreements. Support implementation and maintenance of internal tools such as G Suite, Microsoft Office, Antivirus, etc. Coordinate with third-party vendors for maintenance and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts). Security & Data Backup: Implement and maintain data backup strategies and disaster recovery procedures. Monitor system security, antivirus updates, and firewall configuration. Ensure all systems comply with organizational security policies. Coordination & Documentation: Liaise with external vendors for escalated technical issues and procurement. Document IT policies, SOPs, and user manuals. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes from an IT perspective. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of Windows OS, network configuration, and hardware troubleshooting. Experience with IT helpdesk tools and ticketing systems. Good understanding of networking devices (routers, switches, firewalls). Familiarity with cloud platforms, email hosting, and backup solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
