Role & responsibilities : Primary Responsibilities IT Support (Core Focus): Provide onsite technical support for up to 150 employees, ensuring high availability of hardware, software, and network systems. Diagnose and resolve issues related to network connectivity , laptops, desktops , and thin clients . Assist in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laser printers and other office hardware. Support day-to-day IT operations, including Windows 10/11 , Office 365 , and Office applications . Collaborate with a globally distributed IT team to maintain standards, documentation, and support protocols. Utilize IT management tools such as Autotask , Datto RMM , and Microsoft Azure (preferred). Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes, including provisioning and account setup. Secondary Responsibilities AI Software Engineering (Support & Development): Support the AI engineering team by contributing to model deployment , data processing scripts , and basic infrastructure automation . Participate in monitoring and logging of AI applications and provide IT-level support to ensure smooth performance. Help build and maintain internal tools or dashboards to support AI model lifecycle management. Preferred candidate profile: 6+ years of experience in an IT support or system administration role. Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving desktop hardware, printer, and network issues. Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 , Office 365 , and end-user computing environments. Ability to work independently while coordinating with international IT and engineering teams. Familiarity with scripting languages (Python preferred) and basic knowledge of software development life cycles. Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to AI/ML frameworks and interest in expanding skills in AI engineering. Experience with Azure , Autotask , and Datto RMM . Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and containerization tools is a plus. Experience with IT automation or DevOps tools.
