PF Is Mandatory (Provindnt Fund- PF) JD: 1)Engineers with 1-3 years experience in managing IT devices like laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, smartphones 24*7 support 2)Experience of installing & managing latest Windows operating systems (Windows 10, Windows 7, earlier versions) and other applications like MS Outlook, MS Office, Latest Internet browsers, Anti-virus etc3)Adept at resolving technical issues (software) over phone or remotely4)Reasonably good understanding of local area networks (LAN), TCP/IP and DNS concepts5)Knowledge of monitoring and ticketing tools/applications 6)Good customer facing qualities (pleasing disposition, service oriented, timely communications/updates, objective reporting, maintaining records/data etc.)7)Willing to move to next level in IT Services (e.g. server management, IMS etc.) 8)Good Communication skills Note: PF Is Mandatory (Provindnt Fund- PF)
