Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day site operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in the construction industry, and be capable of ensuring safety, quality, and timelines are met across all phases of construction. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities. Monitor workforce, equipment, and materials on the job site. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and construction standards. Track project progress and report daily updates to management. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Conduct routine site inspections and resolve any issues or delays. Ensure quality control and compliance with specifications and drawings. Maintain accurate site documentation including logs, checklists, and reports. Assist with material procurement and inventory tracking. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in construction supervision or site management. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical documents. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Basic knowledge of safety and compliance practices. Familiarity with site documentation and reporting. Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of construction software/tools is a plus.
