Responsibilities:

• Able to break down the academic syllabus into meaningful courses
• Innovate & ideate new teaching methodologies
• Own instructional design for the curriculum
• Train the trainers on the specified curriculum
• Own student success and their learning outcomes
• Oversee and observe live classes of trainers and coach them on improvement areas

Qualifications:

• Thorough knowledge in Commerce/Management and related major
• Passion for teaching and training
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Familiarity with industry trends
• Client relationship management
• PG degree in Commerce/Management(must)
• Relevant experience is curriculum design and instructional design is added advantage

Prerequisite of the role

• Laptop
• Mobile phone with business Whatsapp
• Willing to travel(as and when needed)

Candidates with prior experience in Edtech/education sector are welcome to apply. This is an immediate requirement. Candidates need to report at Coimbatore office and travel when needed. Exposure in Curriculum design, pedagogy and designing teaching modules are highly desired.
