Role Description We’re looking for a passionate and creative Fashion Design Intern to join our growing team In this full-time, paid, on-site role, you’ll work closely with the founder and be involved in every step of the creative process — from textile exploration and fashion design to sampling, styling, fittings, and final product development. This is a 6-months internship with Peridot at Perumbavoor, Ernakulam District, with the potential for a full-time job offer. Responsibilities Assist in fashion design and concept development. Support textile exploration and surface design research. Participate in sample making, fittings, and production management. Collaborate on styling and photoshoot preparations.
