Role Description

Studio Manager located in Surat

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure timely execution of tasks across teams by following up on pending deliverables and blockers
2. Maintain daily studio discipline including attendance, team floor presence, and adherence to file/SOP hygiene
3. Act as the on-ground point-of-contact for internal queries, issues, and escalations
4. Track project progress, update central trackers, and flag bottlenecks to the Studio Head
5. Coordinate closely with Brand Managers to ensure briefs, MOMs, timelines, and deliverables are followed and updated
6. Allocate Brand Managers and team members to new projects based on bandwidth and expertise
7. Liaise with the Business Team for seamless project handovers
8. Share daily status updates with the Studio Head and ensure all meetings, reviews, and follow-ups are executed as planned

Requirements:

1. 2–4 years of experience in a creative, brand, or operations role
2. Strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills
3. Able to chase updates and hold teams accountable without micromanaging
4. Process-oriented and detail-focused
5. Comfortable working with Google Sheets, project management tools, task tracking tools, etc.
6. Fluent in English and Hindi/Gujarati
7. Must be available full-time from the Surat office
