Job Role: Student Relations Executive Location: Saltlake Sector V Overview: Karmick Institute, the first off-campus institute in Eastern India to collaborate with IIT Guwahati, is a pioneer in delivering quality IT training. We are now seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Student Relationship Executive to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Post Admission Support: Guiding Students through process and helping them with the module and class allotment. Student Support: Respond to student queries, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, and chat. Grievance Resolution: Address academic and curriculum-related issues promptly and professionally. Feedback & Insights: Collect student feedback to help improve courses, training, and services. Review gathering: Guiding students to review institute in different social media and search. Retention Management: Build positive student experiences to enhance engagement and reduce drop-outs and build strong relationship. Information Delivery: Provide accurate and complete information about programs, admissions, and policies. Faculty Coordination: Co ordinate with Faculties about their upcoming as well as ongoing classes. Database Maintenance: Update and manage student records and inquiry tracking systems. Outbound Engagement: Gather references from students and create and maintain a database. Collaboration: Coordinate with academic staff and departments to support student success. Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with students as well as parents, and Co ordinate with them to engage them with our different events and seminars. Effective Communication: Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills for meaningful interactions. Who Were Looking For: Graduate in any discipline. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient working experience in MS- Office and Google Workspace. Strong problem-solving abilities and empathetic at the same time.
