Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counselor located in Noida. The Student Counselor will be responsible for providing student counseling and career counseling services. They will interact daily with students to understand their educational needs, guide them through course selection, and support their career ambitions. The role also involves maintaining effective communication with students, offering excellent customer service, and contributing to the educational development of enrolled candidates.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Background in Education
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in an educational setting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling or related field
