Strategic Human Resource Executive

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting open positions on job portals and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial rounds of interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Handle pre-joining formalities and onboarding processes.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Assist with issuing offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and other HR documents.
• Ensure timely processing of attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs.
• Address routine employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.

Employee Engagement & Welfare

• Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
• Gather employee feedback and support workplace improvement activities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Performance & Compliance

• Support in performance review process and appraisal documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Assist in audits, statutory filings, and compliance reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
