Role Title: Strategic Account Manager – IT Hardware & Enterprise Sales

Locations: Mumbai | Chennai | Delhi | Bangalore Experience: 8+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: Up to ₹30 LPA

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow large enterprise accounts across your assigned region.
  • Drive B2B sales of IT infrastructure solutions including:
  • End-user computing (desktops, laptops, workstations)
  • Networking and storage systems
  • AV & video conferencing infrastructure (AVSI)
  • MDM and endpoint security tools
  • Managed infrastructure services
  • Build strong relationships with CXOs, IT heads, and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with OEMs, pre-sales engineers, and delivery teams to craft customized solutions.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Develop strategic account plans and ensure flawless execution.
  • Attend regional client meetings and industry events as needed.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B IT hardware sales, preferably in enterprise infrastructure or managed services.
  • Proven success in managing strategic enterprise accounts and delivering revenue growth.
  • Strong knowledge of OEM technologies and IT hardware ecosystem.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel within your territory for client engagements.
