Store Sales Executive

You will be responsible for managing the front office of the center with a focus on driving walk-in and telephonic sales. As a proactive and customer-oriented professional, you will greet and assist walk-in clients, handle inquiries, and maintain visitor records. Additionally, you will be tasked with handling inbound and outbound calls, converting leads into walk-ins or sales, managing store sales, billing, and basic inventory coordination. It is essential to maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming front office space while collaborating with other staff members. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 6 months of experience in Inside Sales, Outbound sales, Store sales, or Counter sales. You should possess good communication skills and a pleasant personality. A willingness to work in any industry is required. This is a full-time, permanent position with a work schedule that includes morning shifts and weekend availability. The job location is in Mehrauli, Delhi, and the working days are Monday to Sunday with Tuesday as the regular day off. Applicants are expected to have proficiency in English, and it is preferred that they have previous experience in a similar role. As part of your responsibilities, you will collaborate with the center manager on local promotions and customer engagement activities.
