We're looking for experienced Store Managers to lead our retail stores in Delhi. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. Candidates with a background in premium retail brands and a minimum of 3 years of experience in store management are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
- Team Management: Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure seamless customer experience and resolve customer queries
- Store Operations: Maintain orderly and presentable store appearance, oversee stock and store operations
- Inventory Management: Conduct stocktakes regularly, ensure availability of required merchandise and services
- Staff Development: Provide effective on-the-job training, coaching, and feedback to team members
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate degree from a reputed institute
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in store management, preferably in luxury or premium brands
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Proactive task ownership, result-orientation, and customer-orientation
